Update: just took delivery of my bike and I couldn’t be happier! Had some hiccups but Amy was just all over it and so communicative the whole time. If she says she will help she means it. I appreciate Sterling Motors taking care of the sale of my '84 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible. Of great service to me was Sterling Motor's disregard of prospects who offered a ridiculously low price. John knew I wouldn't consider these and did not even bring them to me. Only serious offers were brought forth. Also, I felt the commission was fair, given the marketing, negotiations, and keeping the car show ready, which Sterling did. For me it was the best way to sell my car!

Thanks so much for the outstanding work installing a new Audio System into my 1972 442 convertible!  Trusting someone to work on such a great piece of history is a difficult thing to do.  I now wish I wouldn't have made you work two years talking me into it!!!!  The new system is beyond fantastic and a good value.  I know I was hesitant to cut into a 43 year old car, but your vision for the finished product far exceeded my expectations in every way!  It is hard to make a convertible big block's Audio perfect, but you have the right formula to make it happen.  I have seen so many classic cars that have a stereo system that really wrecks the authentic interior look and feel of the vehicle, and yet still sounds like crap!  The system you installed is so clear and loud, and yet virtually transparent to the car's interior.  I really love the modern features of the system.  Being able to do everything from my phone is awesome!  I so appreciated your guys' hours of hard labor, while treating the car with the utmost respect!  I would highly recommend Sterling Motors to anyone for complex Audio work and just say that; what you do far exceeds any DIY home job!

In September I purchased a used 09 HD Roadglide CVO from Sterling Motors.  The pictures that John had posted on his website for helpful in deciding on whether to make this purchase.  Minor damage to the bike was disclosed and emails and phone calls were promptly returned.   I had some questions about the bike that the previous owner needed to answer and John contacted the previous owner and got the information in a timely manner. When I showed up to inspect and test ride the bike there was some damage found that John had not noticed. John offered to write a check to off-set repair costs and made the purchase deal reasonable and fair to me.   Additionally I noticed that the heel shifter was removed by the previous owner and John researched and found a matching CVO heel shifter on eBay, that saved me a lot of money versus getting the part from a HD dealership.  Overall, John facilitated the sale well, and made the deal fair and reasonable to me. I would recommend him to others to sell a bike and to check his inventory for quality bikes. Hope this was not too long John,,,,  but you did make the sale smooth and I appreciate that you took time to find that heel shifter on eBay. By the way...the bike is running good........looks really sharp//!!
