2022 H-D Performance Road Glide by DA Performance
You have just found one of the nastiest performance baggers on the planet! This bike started as a 2022 FLHXS that was completely disassembled with just 905 miles on it to make it what you see now. The frame, engine cases, tranny, brake calipers and a long list of other parts were all sent out to Lo-Ko Coatings for a Prismatic Dark Blue Metallic powder coat. The 117” engine was fit with Fuel Moto Outlaw 132” pistons and CNC cylinder heads, an S&S crank, a Woods cam and is fed via a Fuel Moto throttle by wire 64mm throttle body. Sadly the only dyno we have was with a 60mm throttle body and a different air breather which netted 154hp. After switching to the Trask Air cleaner and the 64mm throttle body the horsepower increased to 163! Trask also provided the engine covers and the carbon fiber chin spoiler. Exhaust is handled by a gorgeous 2-into-1 titanium exhaust by HPI that sounds just plain nasty. The transmission was sent out to A-1 Cycles in NC to have it back cut to handle the increased power and convert it to a chain drive. It was also fit with an Aim VP-SDR V2 slipper clutch and a Rekluse manual slave cylinder. Braking was upgraded with Brembo M4 brake calipers and black Lyndall Racing rotors. The rear of the bike is now fitted with blue anodized billet aluminum parts from Speed Dealer Customs who provided the swing arm and Trask who provided the rear frame tail section. It has Ohlins reservoir shocks on the rear and the front end is an inverted front end from Ruffini that is also blue anodized. You will also see that Ruffini’s entire catalog of blue anodized parts are on this beast including the risers, gauge cluster, hand controls, grips, boards, pegs and more. The race inspired tank is a one-off sculpted by DA. Hoffman designs who provided the carbon fiber fenders, dash panel and horn cover as well as the bags which are molded for 10” speakers without any trim rings and include liners as well as heavy duty hardware. It has blue carbon fiber Blackstone TEK racing wheels with a cush drive chain conversion from BST Carbon Wheels. Every bolt on the bike is from ARP, it has Nu Image gauges, a custom stretched seat by Sinister Seats as well as Baja Designs LP6 headlights and running lights. It also has an amazing sound system which consists of a Sony XAV-AX700 head unit, a SounDigital EVOX2 1200.4 amp, Hertz SPL165NEO mids and ST35 tweeters up front, a set of Ground Zero GZCK250XSPL 10” mid woofers in the saddlebags and a Braille battery. To top it all off it has a world class paint job from award winning NSD Paintwerks that no one will ever duplicate. The bike currently has a total of 1,210 miles but there are only 305 miles on this incredible build. Receipts for customizing this build totaled almost $90,000 which did not include the original cost of the bike so this is a $120,000 build. Why go and a spend more on a CVO RR to have a slower bike that 130 other people also have? Makes a lot more sense to buy this one off custom, go spank your buddies RR at the track and keep 50K and some change in your pocket!
