2008 FBI Razorback 103” Diamond Audio Demo Bike

Gary Chipp, founder of Fat Baggers Inc. (FBI) and his family have been in the motorcycle industry since 1973 and a franchise Harley Davidson dealer since 1984. FBI evolved from customer requests as they were looking for a way to get more rubber under their baggers. Gary fabricated the parts needed to install a wide tire on a friend’s bagger. As soon as the bike hit the road the requests started pouring in. It soon became evident that there was a market for a new business and FBI was born. They have been the manufacturer of high end custom motorcycles and parts for over 20 years now. The Razorback features a drop seat design with a low 24” seat height, a 17” RC Components chrome rear rim sporting a 200mm rear tire, a matching 21” front rim and a 35 degree rake which is perfect for the larger front rim. It is a high end build and everything is chrome including the H-D inner primary, 6 speed transmission and the single sided front end. Arlen Ness provided a long list of parts including the mirrors, levers, pegs, pedals and more. There is a chopped tour pak with a spoiler that houses a brake / running light, a custom stitched seat with a matching passenger pad, Arnott rear air ride with upgraded chrome shocks, Dakota Digital gauges, 12” Monkey Bars and too much more to list. The heart of this machine is a Harley-Davidson 103” Twin Cam that was removed from a new 2013 FLHX with 11 miles and properly packed and stored. It was professionally installed on this bike 10 years later in June of 2023 when the bike had 25,118 miles. During the installation a leak down test was performed, it was dyno tuned and a new Sharkroad 4” 2-into-1 exhaust was installed that sounds just plain nasty. When the engine was installed it also received new bearings, a new compensator, all new gaskets, fluids and filters. It just received a complete service at 26,892 miles including all gaskets, fluids and filters. After thoroughly servicing it we installed a top of the line Diamond Audio 6 speaker 1100 watt sound system which is controlled by their new state of the art MSHD9813SG head unit that not only changes the whole look of the inner fairing but also enables the amplifier to perform at its peak to bring you heart pounding sound. Everything is in perfect working order and nothing is in need of attention. We have found similar bikes with stock H-D stereos and smaller engines being listed for $25K and up. This one has a bigger engine from a 2013 that actually only has 3,582 miles on it with a brand new $6,000 Diamond Audio competition sound system.
